Vintage Burlap Sofa, Chair and Pillow

If you want that vintage or industrial look, just go burlap. Burlap was always used as the undergarment for most upholstered chairs and sofas, but now it is proudly displayed as the fabric of choice.

Forget those fancy flowers or prints on your chairs and try using natural burlap. Proven strong and durable, burlap was used to make sacks to transport produce and goods. It’s breathable and resists moisture and can take the wear and tear from even the toughest of families. So save those old burlap potato sacks and cover your chairs in burlap. Just remember to take the potatoes out first!

Shell Chandelier

It all started with a rock. No, you’re not at the beach. But this is one big rock and those are real barnacles. Who would have thought to make a chandelier out of barnacles?

Not everything has to look like it came out of a Pottery Barn catalog. This chandelier is unique made out of barnacles and shells. It would look great in a bathroom or a beach style indoor porch off the back of your home. So next time you go to pick out a chandelier for your home, think outside the box, or should I say outside the rock!

Antique Baker’s Cabinet

This antique baker’s cabinet is as natural as the pies it once held. Real wood, metal hardware and glass pane doors, this cabinet was built to last. Years of paint to keep it looking as fresh as it’s pies still remains on the glass. And cool vintage hardware was used to lock away those fresh baked pies.

I can’t remember the last time I smelled a fresh baked pie but I would gladly take this wood cabinet home with me. Maybe I could heat up a few Mrs. Smith’s deep dish pies and just put them inside the cabinet. I think I have a coupon!
