A set of baby twins can be cute but I would rather have a set of identical mid century side chairs in my home. Taking care of twins is a lot of work. His furniture designs were sophisticated yet very functional at the same time. Hollywood stars such as Joan Crawford and Carole Lombard could not get enough of his distinctive designs. Case in point were his signature mid century side chairs. He purposely designed them low to the floor as he believed that people should be grander than the furniture. Use this side chairs on either side of a sofa or in the sitting area of your master bedroom. They will add style and elegance to your space but more important they are comfortable. And as William Haines would say “you can gussy up and hide things behind ruffles and suedes but the truth will come out.
