Vintage Gym Dumbbell Set
All you need is a set of dumbbells and a bench. It’s simple and effective for only 30 minutes a day, three times a week, and soon you’ll be on your way to bigger and stronger muscles. Monday starts with three sets of dumbbell bench press for the chest, 8 reps each. An incline press for the upper chest, again three sets of 8 reps each. Followed by four sets of dumbbell squats, alternate dumbbell curls, dumbbell pullovers and finished with four sets of abdominal crunches. Tuesday is a day of rest.
Wednesday starts with three sets of shoulder press, 10 reps each, and alternate front dumbbell raises. This is followed by dumbbell rows, stiff leg deadlifts for the hamstrings and ending with abdominal crunches. Thursday is a day of rest.
Friday starts with dumbbell deadlifts for the back and incline press for the upper chest. This is followed by dumbbell lunges for the legs, alternate dumbbell curls for the biceps and one arm extensions for the triceps. Again, finish with four sets of abdominal crunches.
